Shipping Policy

Toy Hiro ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes where an eligible USPS service is available.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Some brands or products may need additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more (before taxes). Other rates are calculated from your address, the shipping method, and package weight and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates unless a service is identified as guaranteed. Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and address issues can affect delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking when available.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processing or has shipped.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable or refused may be subject to actual shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee under our Return & Refund Policy. A new order may be required to reship.

Order Verification

Some orders may require verification before shipment. We may cancel an order if verification cannot be completed.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package arrives damaged or missing items, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number.
